DIY watercolor coffee mug / Uradi sama: Šolja ukrašena lakom za nokte

Da bih dobila dobru podlogu za "svemir", uzela sam staru peckavo sivu majicu  i kesicu crne farbe za tekstil. Koristila sam crnu, jer sam nakon nekoliko pokušaja farbanja garderobe u teget, ustanovila da je najbolji način da dobijete teget da koristite razblaženu crnu boju za tekstil. 

Izabrala sam bas peckavo sivu majicu jer je njoj boja u startu nejednaka, tako da će se dobiti različite nijanse teget.

Majica koju sam ja koristila je moja stara kucna majica koja ima rupicu od broša sa prednje strane, tako da sam prvo morala da zakrpim i sakrijem tu rupicu:

Kako ova šljokica ne bi bila usamljena, zalepila sam još nekoliko potpuno random.

Da bih mogla da se orijentišem, zalepila sam parče selotejpa na kome sam napisala tekst i zatim sam ga prekopirala na majicu iznad linije selotejpa starom svetlom olovkom za oči (u nedostatku krede).

Nakon ovog korka, upotrebite čačkalicu i belu boju za tekstil da ispišete tekst. 

Sačekajte da se boja osuši, i zatim uz pomoć čačkalice i bele boje istufnajte majicu. Tu i tamo razvucite tačkicu kako biste napravili zvezdu padalicu, ili razmažite tačkicu kako biste napravili sjajniju zvezdicu.

... i tako preko cele majice.

DIY cloud shirt / Uradi sam: Majica sa oblakom

Material:

-white shirt

-pencil with eraser (unused)

-white and black textile color

-black textile marker

-paper to sketch cloud and caption

-piece of cardboard to put inside your shirt while stamping it

First use pencil to sketch cloud on your shirt. I sketched on paper first and then copied on my shirt with pencil I used for stamping.

Mix white and black textile paint to make various shades of gray. Use eraser on your pencil to stamp inside of the cloud you sketched. I used black acrylic paint because I ran out of black textile color. It didn't wash out and didn't color my new shirt grey, which is great.

It took me around 20 minutes to stamp whole cloud.

When you're done stamping, wait for 30-45 minutes for it to dry.

I wrote definition of cloud from Oxford dictionary in my favorite font on a piece on paper and copied it on shirt bellow the cloud, first with pencil and then with black textile marker. To get that kinda shabby look of the letters don't press marker to hard.

Done!

Wait for 24 hours for it to dry completely, iron (while inside out!) and wash to remove pencil tracing and your new shirt is ready to wear.

DIY Bunny Mug / Uradi sam: Šolja sa zekom

Supplies:

-mug

-porcelain marker (I used this one and it comes in many other colors than black)

-piece of baking paper

-pencil (7B is the best)

-scissors

-sellotape

-toothpick (for bunnies eyes)

 Draw one bunny ear on baking paper, fold in half and draw the other ear. This way ears are same size and symmetrical.

Make sure mug is clean and completely dry. Use sellotape to fix your drawing face down to the mug.

Use pencil to draw over drawing lines. This enables picture to transfer onto the mug.

Remove baking paper and draw over with porcelain painter pen.

Use pencil to sketch bunny eyes and bunny mouf on mug bottom and pay attention to coordinate it with ears you already draw. When you are sure about the position, draw over with porcelain painter pen.

After three days of drying your new mug is ready to use (and is dishwasher safe).

p.s.If your mug has any mark on the bottom, use acetone to remove it.

DIY glittery star hair piece / Uradi sam: Snala sa sljokicastom zvezdom

Material:  /   Materijal: 

-paper star cutout   /   -papirna zvezda željenog oblika i veličine

-white felt sheet   /   -beli filc tabla

-non/white chalk   /   -kreda u boji

-scissors   /   -makaze

-glue   /   -lepak

-small brush   /   -četkica za nanošenje lepka

-glitter   /   -šljokice

- hairpin   /   -ukosnica

Put your paper star on top of the felt and draw around it with chalk and cut it out.

Precrtajte šablon kredom na filc i isecite.

Evenly apply glue all over the felt star and cover with glitter.

Stavite malo superlepka na sredinu filcane zvezde, razmažite četkicom po celoj površini i ravnomerno posipajte šljokicama.

When completely dry, brush off excess glitter and apply thin layer of glue to fixate it.

Kada se osuši, otresite višak sljokica i pažljivo premažite tankim slojem lepka kako biste fiksirali šljokice. Bilo koji "beli" lepak iz knjižare može poslužiti, pošto su svi oni providni kada se osuše.

Cut out small rectangular piece of felt, pull through hairpin ,apply glue and paste together with bottom side of your star.

Kada se zaštitni sloj osuši, secite malo parče filca, provucite kroz ukosnicu i zalepite sa donje strane zvezde.

DIY Sprinkles necklace / Uradi sam: Ogrlica sa dekorativnim mrvicama

Material:   / Materijal:

-transparent plastic tube from hardware store  / -providno plastično crevo iz prodavnice sa plastikom

-sprinkles   / - dekorativne mrvice za kolače

-piece of wire  / - parče žice

-2 cord ends ( I used decorative ones since they were only one to fit tube I used. When choosing/purchasing core ends, make sure they are the right size for your project.)  /  - 2 "završetka" za ogrlice (Ja sam koristila dekorativne , pošti nisam našla standardne dobre veličine, tako da dobro proverite dijametar pre nego što ih kupite)

-2 small and 1 larger silver rings  /  - 2 male i jedna veća alkica 

-superglue  /  - super lepak

-1 clasp  /  - 1 kopča

Take core ends and use silver wire to make loops.

Provucite žicu kroz završetak za ogrlicu i savijte pomoću klješta da napravite omčicu.

Then apply some glue on tube edges and push it in cord ends. 

*I actually forgot to take picture of this step, so I took one while I was finishing necklace. Oops. :)

Stavite malo lepka oko ivice cevi i dobro pritisnite na završetak sa omčicom.

*Tek sam malopre shvatila da zapravo nisam napravila fotografiju dok sam to radila, ali sam napravila kada sam završavala ogrlicu, pa bacite pogled dole. Ups :)

Fill the tube with sprinkles. Best to do it over newspaper or tray to avoid making mess.

Napunite cev dekorativnim mrvicama do vrha. Najbolje je da stavite papir , novinu ili neki poslužavik kako ne biste napravili haos.

When done filling, apply some superglue to the tube edges and push it in the cord end.

Kada napunite cevčicu, stavite malo superlepka oko ivice i zalepite za završetak na kome ste prethodno od žice napravili omčicu.

When completely dry use metal rings and clasp to finish your necklace.

Kada se osuši, zakačite kopču alkicama i ogrlica je gotova.
